Eriez Hydroflow equipment and systems are used in parts washing, machining, grinding, honing, super finishing and EDM applications requiring water-based coolants to straight oil lubricants. Eriez offers everything from complete turnkey central vacuum filtration systems able to supply 50 machining or precision grinding centers with fresh clean fluid at a constant pressure and temperature to small sump-side tramp oil skimmers.

CBN Series Vacuum Filter
With filtration to 10 microns and flow rates up to 2,000 GPM, CBN Series Vacuum Filters are ideal for use in machining, grinding, creep feed and CBN grinding and rolling mills.
CRS 300SS
The CRS 300SS is a complete, full capability recycling system for medium-to-large sized metalworking plants equipped with machine tools using individual coolant sumps.

The Portable Coalescer accelerates the process of removing tramp oils with its unique plate pack coalescing media.

Tank Side Coalescer
With a flow rate of 1.3 GPM, Tank Side Coalescers are small, inexpensive units that allow oil to rise naturally.
STAR Filter
STAR Filters feature interchangeable elements, positive seal connection, permanent filter septum and automatic precoat cycle with filtration to one micron and flow rates greater than 5,000 GPM.
Magnetic Coolant Cleaner
Magnetic Coolant Cleaners provide media free removal of ferrous contaminants to extend the life of coolant, cutting tools, grinding wheels and pumps.
Rolled Media Vacuum Filter
Rolled Media Vacuum Filters are fully automatic systems that provide filtration levels of 10 microns through an innovative sealing method that prevents solids bypass.
